Every LePod is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the day it is delivered or picked up.
What is covered
- Structure, wall and roof panels
- Glass door, rear glass, hinges and handle
- Ring lamp and its controls
- Ventilation fan
- Outlets, USB ports and internal wiring
- Desk, stool and other furniture bought with the pod
What is not
- Normal wear: scuffs, fabric pilling, fading
- Damage from impact, liquids, misuse or modifications
- Damage caused while moving the pod after installation
- Problems caused by assembly that did not follow the instructions

Describe the problem and attach photos or a short video.

We repair or replace the defective part. If a part cannot be fixed on site, we arrange its replacement.
This warranty is in addition to the rights the law gives you. It does not limit them.
