How quiet is it inside?

The Solo has a laboratory-measured noise reduction of 30 ± 5 dB (ASTM E596). In practice, a normal conversation outside becomes a murmur inside, and your call stays inside the pod.

Is it ventilated?

Yes, every pod comes with it. A fresh-air fan renews the air continuously, 110 m³/h on average, with its own switch, and the pod's own systems stay under 35 dB. If your space calls for it, we can fit a more powerful fan.

What about light and power?

A ring lamp you can set to warm, neutral or cool white, two outlets, plus USB-C and USB. Everything runs from one cable to a wall outlet.

What colours can I choose?

Nine sand-textured exterior colours from our colour card, and a card of 28 interior felts. The configurator shows your combination in 3D and tells you whether it is in stock.

What are the exact dimensions?

Solo: 1,000 × 900 × 2,350 mm (3 ft 3½ in × 2 ft 11½ in × 7 ft 8½ in) outside, 870 × 866 × 2,128 mm (2 ft 10½ in × 2 ft 10 in × 7 ft) inside. Duo: 1,500 × 1,250 × 2,350 mm (4 ft 11 in × 4 ft 1 in × 7 ft 8½ in) outside. Width × depth × height. Every product page has a dimensioned drawing, and the fit tool draws the pods to scale in your room.

Will it fit?

Use our fit tool: enter your wall length and ceiling height and see the pods to scale. The pods are 2,350 mm (7 ft 8½ in) tall, and we recommend a little clearance above the roof.

Does it need construction work?

No. LePod is freestanding: it is not attached to your walls or floor. Building and fire-safety requirements vary, so we recommend confirming with your building manager before ordering.

Can I move it later?

Yes. It stands on adjustable feet and castors, so it can be repositioned, and it can be taken apart and reassembled when you relocate.

How does payment work?

A 60% deposit confirms your order. The remaining 40% is paid once your pods are delivered. You pay by transfer, with instructions sent by email, and receive a confirmation for each payment.

Prices are shown before tax. Your quote adds the sales taxes that apply in your province and shows them line by line.

How long does it take?

Every pod is made to order: 4 to 12 weeks from your deposit, depending on your options. Your pods ship straight from the factory, and we confirm the delivery day with you as soon as they are on their way.

What if it doesn't fit?

Measuring the space is your side of the deal: wall, ceiling and room depth, with our fit tool or a tape measure. Every pod is made to order and all sales are final: if a pod can't be installed because the space doesn't fit, neither the pod nor the delivery and installation fee is refunded.

What does delivery and installation include?

For $700 per Solo and $1,000 per Duo, we deliver, assemble, level and test your pod, and take the packaging away. Delivery to your door is free: the pod arrives flat-packed with step-by-step instructions and takes under five hours to assemble. Installation is offered in Montréal and the surrounding area; elsewhere, we confirm after your quote whether we can offer it.
