Delivered to your door

- Your pod arrives flat-packed at the address on your quote.
- Step-by-step assembly instructions are included; count on under five hours.
- No installation fee. If you change your mind, ask us for installation before the delivery is booked.

Your deposit confirms the order
60% when you confirm your quote. The remaining 40% is paid after delivery.

Made to order
Every pod is made for you: about 4 to 12 weeks from your deposit. We email you as soon as your pods arrive.

We confirm the day with you
Your pods ship straight from the factory. As soon as the shipment is on its way, we email you the delivery day, about a week ahead. Someone needs to be there to receive it; if the day doesn't work, we hold it a few days.

Delivery day
With installation, your pod is ready to use the same day. Delivered to your door, assembly takes under five hours with the instructions provided.
Measure the spot
Check the wall length and ceiling height with our fit tool, and allow a metre in front for the door. All sales are final: if a pod can't go in on the day, neither the pod nor the delivery and installation fee is refunded.
A power outlet within reach
The pod plugs into a wall outlet. Lighting, ventilation and the outlets inside all run from that one cable.
A clear way in
Look at the doorways, corridors and elevator on the route. Tell us about stairs, tight turns or loading-dock hours when you book.
A level floor
Adjustable feet take up small differences. If your floor has a load limit, ask us for the pod's weight first.
Where we deliver
Tell us where the pods are going when you build your quote. If the address is outside our regular delivery area, we contact you before anything is scheduled.
Moving it later
A pod is freestanding, on adjustable feet and castors. It can be repositioned on your floor, or taken apart and reassembled when you relocate.
